• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, and potentially longer where required by a regulatory investigation or legal proceeding.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the business relationship, in compliance with AMLA requirements.
• Customer support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the communication for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.

The 777ss platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. 777ss does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 777ss becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations), and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

777ss primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC verification services), 777ss ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

Specifically, 777ss will only transfer personal data internationally where:
