These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777ss ("777ss," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 777ss.app.

By registering for a 777ss account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 777ss platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the 777ss platform. 777ss reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

777ss reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777ss will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 777ss platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ss account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777ss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 777ss immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

777ss accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 777ss's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the 777ss platform at all times.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. 777ss does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 777ss accepts no responsibility.

All deposits are credited to your 777ss account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 777ss is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within your 777ss account dashboard.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the 777ss KYC verification process. This includes submission and approval of a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. 777ss targets a withdrawal processing time of under 8 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following KYC approval, though actual processing times may vary.

777ss reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance reviews. In such cases, 777ss will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 777ss does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours for bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may be processed on the next available banking day.

777ss may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC requirements.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All digital casino games on the 777ss platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented by the dealer.

A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the 777ss system and a confirmation reference has been issued. 777ss reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or game round had already concluded.
• A technical error or system malfunction affected the outcome of the game round.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific game rules.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit a software error or pricing error.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a live game round, 777ss will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, all bets placed on the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 777ss platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 777ss platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 777ss platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the 777ss platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 777ss platform's software.
• Using the 777ss platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

777ss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

You may close your 777ss account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ss platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777ss platform.

Any unauthorised use of 777ss intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777ss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777ss platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777ss does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 777ss will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In no event shall 777ss's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777ss account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the 777ss platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 777ss customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 777ss will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.

777ss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777ss will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 777ss platform.

Amended Terms will take effect 7 days after publication unless the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the 777ss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the 777ss platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
